I'M NEVER ILL
(A journey through brain surgery and beyond...)
If we have something that people can benefit from or enjoy, there is no excuse not to share it. Maybe we have a responsibility to do so.
Having a brain haemorrhage is probably the best thing that ever happened to me. Not a lot of people can say that.
I decided to write a book about my experiences - the moment the brain haemorrhage struck, waking from a coma, brain surgery, recovery and back to work.
Six months after I'd started to write the book, my wife, Sarah, developed breast cancer. I think she only did it to make up for her times nursing me back to health!
We have now both recovered, and these things leave one or two scars. However, the changes in our outlook have made us better off than we were before.
We then decided to take a holiday of a lifetime - Route 66. It was one of those bucket list things to do before you die - not that we could do it after we die, of course.
I am using this website to promote my book, I'm Never Ill , and to share some of my writing, including our Route 66 and chemotherapy diaries

WHEN IT'S MY WEBSITE?
There are links to some of my musical creations, including The Chemotherapy Blues. I have many other plans for things that I hope you'll find interesting.
